5 Daily Prayers
- All five daily prayers are held at the Slidell Masjid. Please reference the prayer times chart on the main page of our website. Iqama is 30 minutes after the Athan with the exception of Maghrib, which is prayed upon arrival.
- Please bring a face mask and a prayer mat when attending any prayers or events at the masjid.
Weekly Jummah Prayer
- Jummah prayer is open to the community every week. The Khutbah begins at 1:30 PM and is followed by salatul Jummah.

2023 Ramadan Taraweeh Prayers
Ramadan services are as follows:
- Isha Prayer: 9:00 PM
- Taraweeh Prayer: following Isha prayer
- Iftar will be provided at the Masjid on Fridays, Saturdays (potluck style), and Sundays.
COVID-19 Guidelines:
- Face masks are recommended.
- Bring your own prayer mat.
2023 Eid Prayers
- All family members (men, women, and children) are invited and encouraged to join us for the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers.

Nikah (Marriage) Services
- Imam Haqq provides Nikah contract (Islamic Marriage contract) services in conjunction with providing marital advice to the newly wedded couple.
- A Nikah contract (Islamic Marriage contract) is not a legal marriage certificate. To get legally married, please visit your Parish courthouse to obtain a marriage license.
Funeral Services
Imam Haqq can assist with the following funeral needs:
- Ghusul, washing of the deceased
- Kafan (burial shroud), if needed
- Janazah prayer, congregational funeral prayer
- Burial procedures at the cemetery
- Coordinating with or providing addresses and contact information for funeral homes and cemeteries
- Community fundraising for the funeral and burial, if needed
Assisting Incarcerated Muslims
- Imam Haqq is the vice president of the 501(c)3 organization Assisting Incarcerated Muslims where he provides pastoral support at 16 Louisiana prisons.
- Assisting Incarcerated Muslims is a nonprofit that focuses on providing support to inmates and their families.
